Description:

The Senior division is the highest level of softball play in BNBSL. Pitchers pitch from a 43 foot pitching distance. Coaches work with players to hone throwing, catching, and hitting skills in a competitive environment. Full stealing of second, third and home (baserunner may leave when ball leaves pitcher's hand). This competitive program is open for girls in grades 7 and 8. The Senior division has playoffs at the end of the season.

Players should have an appropriate size glove and helmet with face mask, and fielding masks are required. At this level, the ball is a 12 inch hard softball. BNBSL provides balls and appropriate bats. Players will receive a team jersey and hat which should be worn to each game.
