Welcome to the 2022 Season Registration Page

For the 2022 season, registration fees across all levels will remain the same.  Registration for T-Ball will be $155, and for all other levels of baseball and softball registration will be $170.  If any family is facing financial hardships caused by the Covid pandemic, please contact the league as a fee waiver may be available.

Please note that registration for the older age groups (second through 6th grades) will close on February 20, 2022.

Registrations received after that date will be placed on a waitlist.  We need to have a closing date so we can determine the number of teams we will have at each level, determine if evaluations are necessary, and to coordinate that information with the Intertown Baseball League.   Registration for the younger age groups (Pre-K through first grade) will remain open until shortly before the season begins.

While everyone remains hopeful that we are nearing the end of this national pandemic, the league is preparing for all scenarios and contingencies (including possible delays to the start of the season).  At this point, we fully expect the league calendar may be different than in past years.  We do expect to have an evaluation day at the end of January this year and this date will be communicated in the weeks leading up to that date.  We remain hopeful that we will start the season by mid-to-late April with a traditional opening day ceremony.

Finally, every year we reach out to league families to ask for any help you can provide.  BNBSL is entirely a volunteer organization run by parents, and we are always looking for coaches, new Board members, or assistance with fundraising and sponsorships.  Please reach out to the Board if you have any interest in coaching, joining the Board, or helping in any way!  We look forward to a fun and successful 2021 season!

Contact information for the Registrar and other Board members can be found on the Board page.

Majors Player Registration 2022

Inter-town rules mandate that all fifth and sixth graders play at the major league level. Seventh graders born on or after May 1st may remain in Majors after evaluation.

The Major League represents the most competitive level of play in BNBSL.  Results of the player evaluations are a significant factor in determining participation at this level of play. BNBSL is part of an inter-town league and travel will be required to surrounding communities.  Teams play on fields that have 70-foot base paths.  The pitcher’s mound is a distance of 50 feet from home plate.

Parents are encouraged to view our general information page for the latest information on residency requirements and fee policies.

Base Cost: $170.00

Minors (AAA) Player Registration 2022

Inter-town rules mandate that all third and fourth graders play at the minor (AAA) league level.

AAA is geared toward introducing players to higher levels of competition and skill development; in particular, preparing players for play at our Major League level.  At this level of play, all pitching is done by players and pitching is strictly monitored (i.e. limited innings per week) for safety and development.

Parents are encouraged to view our general information page for the latest information on residency requirements and fee policies.

AA Player Registration 2022

Intern town rules mandate that players at this level must be in 2nd grade.

Introduced for 2nd-grade students Double-A is a fairly new level of play throughout Little League programs. It is designed to help players make the challenging transition from coach-pitched games to player-pitched games.  The game rules at this level are a combination of rules used in SINGLE A and TRIPLE A (and include, for instance, a limited amount of walks per inning to keep games moving while still developing young pitchers).

The players pitch from 40 feet and the base paths are at 60 feet.  This level has an emphasis on developing pitching skills and basic game techniques in the infield.

Parents are encouraged to view our general information page for the latest information on residency requirements and fee policies.
